Many community challenges are addressed separately even though environmental stewardship, belonging and children’s wellbeing are connected. BeeFuture is being designed to test a grounded, local response.
BeeCharity will begin with a Zürich pilot: listen to local stakeholders, identify a defined delivery opportunity, agree safeguards and publish a budget before fundraising or delivery begins.

Zürich is BeeCharity’s home base and provides a clear setting for accountable pilot delivery, local partnerships and learning that can inform future programmes.
A small, accountable pilot can show how BeeCharity selects partners, protects participants, manages funds and reports outcomes before taking on a larger programme.
The pilot will be designed with local input rather than imposed as a finished solution.
BeeCharity will publish the pilot scope, delivery partner, budget and safeguards before inviting project-specific donations.
Learning will be reported openly, including what did not work and what should change.
