Registered legal form
Registered as a Swiss association (verein) in Canton of Zurich (UID CHE-457.076.818), with articles of association defining our purpose and rules.
Accountable board
A registered board holds defined roles and responsibilities, with declared conflicts of interest.
Joint signing authority
Any two authorised representatives must sign together to bind the association — no individual can act alone.
Documented decisions
Key decisions, budgets and partnerships are recorded and reviewed against our policies.
Independent safeguards
Safeguarding, financial controls and due diligence apply before funds move or partnerships begin.

Joint signing authority
"bee Charity" Verein has joint signing authority. Any legally binding agreement, material policy approval, bank instruction or major partnership must be approved and signed by two authorised representatives acting together. No single board member can bind the association alone.
