Yes. BeeCharity is a Swiss association (Verein) registered and active in the Commercial Register of the Canton of Zürich under UID CHE-457.076.818, with its seat in Dübendorf. Our charitable tax-exemption status is still being finalised — rather than claim a status we do not yet hold, we mark that detail as in progress on our Organisation information page and operate to charity-standard controls voluntarily in the meantime.

Our registered seat is in Dübendorf, Canton of Zürich, Switzerland, at c/o Jasmin Semra Gabrielli, Bahnhofstrasse 33, 8600 Dübendorf. Our current project activity is being developed in Zürich through the BeeFuture pilot.

We are a new organisation and several campaigns have not started delivering yet. Where a metric is genuinely zero we show it honestly as a starting point, rather than inventing results. Every figure updates as verified work is completed.

BeeFuture is not yet delivering activities. Its scope, partners, permissions and safeguards must be approved before delivery begins. We never present a proposed programme as if it were already running.

We choose a small number of projects where a clear, achievable outcome can be defined, a responsible local or institutional partner can be found, and progress can be measured and reported. Each project plan and budget is reviewed and approved by the board before any fundraising begins.

If a project cannot go ahead as planned, we will not spend restricted funds on something else. We would contact donors, explain the situation honestly, and either redirect the funds to the same programme with the donor's agreement or offer to return them, in line with our Donations policy.

For BeeFuture we intend to record participation, delivery evidence, expenditure and learning against the approved pilot scope. Results will be published after delivery and verification.

A restricted donation is money given for a specific named project. It can only ever be spent on that project. An unrestricted donation lets us direct support to where it is most needed, including the operating capacity a small association relies on.

A campaign does not begin spending until it is funded and verified as ready to deliver. Surpluses on a completed project roll into the next phase of the same programme, never into unrelated costs.

Tax-deductible giving in Switzerland depends on tax-exemption status that is still being confirmed. When you donate you can request a receipt, and we will contact you once the relevant status is in place. We never imply a tax benefit we cannot currently provide.

Our Financial Transparency page explains our financial model, income types, expenditure categories and controls, and hosts a documents area. Annual accounts, project budgets and campaign completion reports will be published there following the applicable reporting periods. Our Annual Plan 2026 is available now.

Yes. Businesses can support us through project sponsorship, employee volunteering, matched giving, equipment or logistics support, and more. Every partnership is assessed for alignment with our values and independence, and sponsorship does not buy influence over our governance or reporting. See the Partners page.

Local delivery partners are chosen through due diligence that checks their legal status, their safeguarding standards where relevant, their ability to deliver, and their willingness to report transparently. No funds move and no activity begins until a partner is verified and an agreement is in place.

We do not publish identifiable images, names or medical records of children. Healthcare reporting is based on anonymised, aggregated institutional data provided by our partners. Safeguarding and privacy are treated as design constraints, not afterthoughts.
